Clinical History:
24 yr old female presents with complaints of giddiness and headache.On evaluation, found to be hypertensive with blood pressure of 210/120 mm Hg. Patient started on antihypertensives - Tab.Telmisartan 40mg - Tab. Cilnidipine 5mg BP not adequately controlled. Further imaging studies done.
