Clinical History:
C/o coughing up of blood x 4-5 episodes PAST HISTORY: H/o breathlessness, palpitation 8 months back. On echocardiography, right atrial thrombus was detected. On further evaluation, the patient was diagnosed as a case of Antiphospholipid Antibody syndrome. Patient on treatment for APLA since 4 months. H/o recurrent pregnancy losses for which patient didn’t seek medical help.
