Clinical History:
A 77-year-old male presented with complaints of altered sensorium and decreased responsiveness for past one month. Known case of recurrent CVA with intraventricular haemorrhage status post EVD and VP shunting done. CT done a month later showed obstructive hydrocephalus with ventricular seepage. Patient referred for shunt evaluation.
