Clinical History:
45 years old male patient was apparently asymptomatic 2 weeks back after which he developed cough with blood stained sputum production 4-5 episodes.Following which patient had frank hemoptysis around 3 to 4 episodes(each episode around 100ml).PAST HISTORY:H/o Previous hospital admission in Jan 2025 and was diagnosed with necrotizing pneumonia/Sepsis with urine culture and blood culture showed KLEBSIELLA PNEUMONIA and treated with appropriate antibiotics .In previous admission, sputum AFB 1,2 and CBNAAT (24/01/2025) were negative.K/C/O T2DM X 3 years on regular medications - uncontrolled state
