Aster CMI multispecialty hospital, Hebbal, Bangalore
Clinical History:
30-year-old male presented with insidious onset right knee pain since 1 month not responding to conservative management. The pain was localized, non-traumatic in origin, and exacerbated by knee flexion. Physical examination revealed lateral joint line tenderness without visible swelling. Range of motion was restricted due to pain, particularly in terminal flexion. There was a history of arthroscopic procedure done 2 months back for an presumed parameniscal cyst with questionable anterior root tear of the lateral meniscus. Recurrent symptoms prompted high-resolution 3T MRI.
