Clinical History:
A 56 year old male patient who was apparently normal before 10 years , developed deviation of angle of mouth to right History of progressive difficulty in walking for the past 10 years and got worsened for the past one year. O/E - Multiple lower cranial nerves involved. Bilateral cerebellar signs present (left more than right)
