Clinical History:
Known case of myelofibrosis/ JAK 2+ve Status post-cholecystectomy with common bile duct exploration, 18 months ago for cholelithiasis and choledocholithiasis. Status post-multiple Endoscopic Retrograd Cholangiopancreatography + common bile duct stenting, last done 1 month ago, now stent removed. Now complaints of fever with chills since 2 days. Discoloration of eyes since 2 days.
