Answer:
Replacement renal sinus lipomatosis.
Findings:
Ultrasound - left renal pelvic calculus with renal sinus hypertrophy.
CT- left PUJ calculus with increased renal sinus fat.
Discussion:
RRSL is severe form of renal sinus lipomatosis in which there is severe atrophy secondary to chronic obstructive disease with excess fat deposition in renal sinus. RRSL is usually unilateral.
