Tumoral calcinosis of wrist joint
Findings
Evidence of well demarcated periarticular ,multiloculated mass lesion with t2 low signal intensity noted in juxtacortical region in lateral aspect of radiocarpal and 1st metacarpophalangeal joint
Differential diagnosis
Hyperparathyroidism calcium pyrophosphate deposition disease myositis ossificans calcific tendinitis calcinosis universalis hypervitaminosis d osteosarcoma synovial sarcoma tophaceous gout
