Clinical History:  30 year old male patient with history of ear discharge on and off for 1year duration mild hearing loss 6 months history of left ear surgery 7 years back otoscopy and HRCT temporal bone taken reveals soft tissue opacity in middle ear and reffered for MRI evaluation
