A 13-year-old female child had come with complaints of epigastric pain, nausea, vomiting and shortness of breath for the past 2 days. She has had three similar episodes of acute pain in the past year. A plain chest radiograph and ultrasonogram of the chest were done bedside; following which intercostal drainage (ICD) tube was inserted into the right pleural cavity and a contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT) was taken. On day-7 of admission, she bled into the ICD tube; following which a CT angiogram was performed. Give the Diagnosis along with plain radiograph, contrast-enhanced CT and CT angiogram findings.
