He was also performing peripheral and spleno-porto-venographic studies --all with manual cassette changers. He had been taking an active part in all the clinical meetings and Physicians conferences of Madras medical college regularly and was also encouraging us to present the interesting x-rays of the week .
Patients from the GGH were referred to him for performing renal biopsies and bone biopsies.NOT ONLY DID HE PERFORM ALL THESE INVESTIGATIONS but also he TAUGHT us with sincere &keen interest. He was a hard task master with a kind heart that earned him sincere love from all who worked with him.One example of his benevolence and kind disposition towards technological staff needs to be recorded in the following example. He used to give away the sample x-ray films given by the companies to the technologists so that NO RECOVERY of cost for spoilt films would ever be imposed on them.He was a very sensitive and a bit short tempered person.
But that was only for a very very short time!
In short,he had been a great professional and teacher a kind hearted and loving person and above all a true CHRISTIAN.
