Clinical History:  33 year old male K/C/O Chronic Kidney Disease Underwent Deceased Donor Renal Transplantation(DDRT) 11 months back Renal artery- end to end anastomosis with recipient internal iliac artery; renal vein with external iliac vein( end to side). Developed resistant hypertension
