Answer:
Cystocele with bladder calculi.
Findings:
This is a 56 yrs female patient was admitted with history of difficulty in passing urine ,frequency of micturition, dysuria and mass per vagina since 5 years. Examination showed third degree prolapse with cystocele. On palpation thee was crackling sensation.
Discussion:
It is a case third degree prolapse uterus and bladder with large multiple bladder calculi. It is a unusual presentation and rarely reported in literature. Cystocele possibly leads to stasis and infection leading to formation of multiple calculi.
