Clinical History: 
A 16-year-old boy came with complaints of focal seizures involving his right upper and lower limbs. He had been on multiple anti-epileptics for the past seven years; and has had five episodes this last month alone. A diagnosis of drug-resistant seizure was made and at the electroencephalogram, epileptiform activity was recorded from the left cerebral (parietal) cortex.
