Case Of the Week (COW) 11 Jan 2015
Answer:
TGA (Transposition Of great arteries) with VSD. Normal AtrioVentricular concordance. Ventriculo Arterial discordance.
DD: DORV- both arteries arise from Rv. TOF:Pulmonary atresia with VSD and overriding AO
Findings:
4 chamber view showed VSD. Small LV.AO arising from RV. PA arising from LV.
Discussion:
Normal situs. Cardiac axis normal. 4 chamber view showed large VSD. IAS Intact. Small LV - posterior chamb normal size RV - anterior chamb. parallel orientation of out flow tracts. 3VV Showed normal arrangement of normal orientation of vessels, but the Ao is more anteriorly displaced.
