Clinical History: 1A 19 year old girl with complaints of From age 12 left sided upper and lowerlimb weakness which is progressively increasing Now bilateral sensineural deafness History of recurrent seizures No history of visual disturbances Birth history was uneventful Developmental milestones are normal Family history uneventful No history of fever , rashes or altered sensorium at onset of illness She was evaluated in various private institutions but uneventful.
