Clinical History: 52 year old male came with complaints of Pain & weakness bilateral lower limbs, left more than right, for 3 months duration with gradual progression. Intermittent numbness of thighs & gluteal region. Blackish discoloration of left 1st & 2nd toes. K/c/o DM & HT on irregular treatment. Elevated renal parameters.
