Clinical History: A 76 year old male patient presented to Accident & Emergency with progressively worsening acute abdominal pain that commenced the previous day. He had epigastric tenderness with a Sr Amylase of 700 & Glocose score of 5. Was hypotensive. A provisional diagnosis of Acute Pancreatitis was made and CT requested for further assessment.
